A few thoughts from Joe...

I moved our family to Maidencreek Township in July of 2000. We were attracted to the beautiful surroundings of the township. The strong presence of agriculture combined with the beauty of Lake Ontelaunee, the pristine view of South Mountain and the conveniences of a suburban community were many of the reasons for choosing Maidencreek Township as our home.

Our Township is a great place to live, work and play. Because no one part of our Community is greater than the whole, we are all able to contribute to our Townships success. Our Citizen’s diversity is our strength; we have many points of view, concerns and ideas. By reflecting on our past, being attentive to the present and striving for a visionary future, we will all help shape the place we call home. This passion can be felt by the faithful, dedicated and resilient residents who attend the various monthly township meetings. I saw this first hand while I served on our Townships Planning Commission.

I believe that by listening to the residents, working within the guidelines of the law and through effective leadership, we can plan, organize and manage our township growth. I possess the leadership and management qualities, along with the common sense approach to local government, necessary to keep our community a great place to live, work and play.
